My path to becoming a therapist was my effort at “fixing” my first marriage. Most people go to a therapist…or their friends. I went to graduate school. Looking back, I realize how much my thinking was getting in my way...I had to unlearn the messages I had heard for years. I had to rethink the junk that was shaping my views about myself and others as I healed from my own divorce. I now use my own experience to help divorced women feel more confident and regain a fresh perspective on themselves.

I love working with women to help them feel empowered, capable, and confident. Divorce can be so damaging and hard.
